What materials are used in Great Jones cookware?
We use high-quality materials including professional-grade stainless steel, ceramic non-stick coatings, and durable cast iron. All of our products are non-toxic and free of PFOA and PTFE.
How should I clean and care for my pans?
While many of our items are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to preserve the finish and longevity of the cookware.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Great Jones to more countries in the near future.
Is Great Jones cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Yes, all of our stainless steel and cast iron products are fully compatible with induction, gas, and electric stovetops.
